What an amazing place to shop for dresses! Everyone at the shop is so welcoming and they make you feel extremely... comfortable. There are a few specific things that I want to highlight about my experience:My appointment was originally Thursday and they let me reschedule to Saturday morning with no issues.I came to my appointment solo on Saturday morning and at no point did I feel like I was alone or uncomfortable because they were so attentive and willing to give opinions when I needed help.The second dress shop I went to that day wasn't what I was looking for and my mother in law to be wanted to see the dresses from She Said Yes, so I went back and they fit me in AGAIN with no issues just for her to see some of the dresses I liked. My only complaint is that they had too many great dresses at great prices. How's a girl supposed to choose just one? That being said, I left without making purchasing a dress but I can guarantee I'll be coming back to pick one.Thank you so much for a great experience and not making me feel pressured into making a decision the same day. First off let me say the people here are super nice and easy to deal with ( not a negative towards the people). The... problems I had were with the tuxedo rentals. First of all for the price I was expecting a fitted sharp looking well fit outfit. What we got was far from it. My pants were about 7 inches too short, my fathers was about 5 sizes too large, my nephews was messed up size wise, my brothers was the only one who fit but had an iron imprint on the rear that everyone pointed out. My pants I had to either pull up and my socks were showing about 3inches or pull down but the shirt wouldnt tuck therefore looking a mess. The shirts were sloppy and loose. No kind of fitment whatsoever just a generic "small medium or large" feel to them. The arms were super baggy and didnt look sharp at all. With all the above said I would have been fine if the price wasn't $160 for the rental. for that price you would think things would be fitted well and sharp looking. The other issue is they do not come in until 2 days before the wedding. So you are expected to leave work or drop what you are doing to get down there and try everything on so they can overnight if need replaced ( shipping delays and mistakes etc. do happen). Crazy to play it so close to the wedding date, you would think a week or so out would be the standard. Again the people are all super nice but when just about every single person ( actually was every single one) had an issue and people in the audience were pointing out issues left and right then there is a problem with the company.read more

Today, I went to Winchester in hopes of finding a dress for my wedding that would compare to the one I had wanted so... badly offline, but wouldn’t make it in time for my wedding. I walked in expecting to find a dress, but not my dream dress. After trying on a few, I found something way better than I could’ve ever imagined! It was my dream dress, like one off the movies and the perk was it was brand new, but for an amazing price. Nan was amazing by helping me complete the dress with a beautiful veil and accessories to go with it that didn’t cost that much either. Not only was Nan amazing, helpful, and friendly, but she was very patient with me while I tried on another dress and back into my dream dress. I didn’t feel rushed or like a burden. I went into the boutique inquiring about adding a bustle and short hem to my wedding gown. My wedding gown was 3 pieces... total- the crinoline, silk, and then lace. The seamstress lady said she would do it and the price was good. We gave it to her 2 months in advance for wedding date. I didn’t receive it back until four days from the wedding! When I tried it on in the store to see what she had done to it. I was terrified. She hemmed it, but only the lace part (not the silk, so that was still low to ground), the hem was incredibly crooked however I could deal with that because it wasn’t very noticeable. But Then came the bustle. She added about 7 buttons on the back of my dress up around my waist. (I specifically chose a dress without buttons!) she also added these ties to the lace-which weren’t very secure and incredibly hard to see. Once the dress was bustled up, it made my butt look twice the size and the layers of my dress were SO uneven and hiked up short.The lady assured me that she could fix it, so we gave it back and were supposed to have it back the next day (keep in mind only 3 days away from wedding) . During this time gap, we were talking to another seamstress and she said that the lady did the bustle wrong! So when we went to pick it up the next day, the lady KNEW she couldn’t fix it, she assured us she did, but it was suspicious because nothing was changed to the dress and she didn’t want us to try it on. She still charged us for it, and we had to end up taking it to our other seamstress last minute. (Also, she ripped my lace in multiple places.) I hate to give such a bad review but I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else.read more

I had a very pleasant experience when they sold my first wedding gown for me. I had such a good experience I took a... bridesmaids dress I only wore one time (obviously) to them to try to sell. When I had my wedding gown there, when the contract ran out they called me and asked me if they could renew it for X amount of time longer. I, of course said yes, they even called me multiple times through out the time it was there to update me on price drop. NOT ONCE did they do that with this bridesmaids dress! I paid over $125 for it and if I had known they were going to DONATE it out from under me without my permission I would have never gone back! I have used multiple consignors and they all have the courtesy to call prior to donating something. I would have tried to sell it myself instead of it being donated. I never once received a phone call the entire time the dress was there. I realized yesterday I had never heard anything so I called today. I will NOT be using this store again and I will NOT recommend the store to anyone!read more

Not only did I get 2 Stunning dresses for my daughter. I went in for 1, for a masquerade party, left with another... because it was not only one of the most stunning dresses ive ever seen ( when my daughter tried it on my eyes just teared up) they were only 10$! I heard about 10$ dresses, I thought uhmmmm well we'll see, but no, these were truly stunning, just donated and they are always out with the old in with the new that they have this amazing option! I wish everyone knew about this place, and the people who worked there were so so kind!read more

I cannot not say enough good things about this shop and owner. She is so nice and easy to talk to and will try hard to... find you the perfect dress that won't break the budget. (I shopped at a few bridal shops and did not feel very welcome as I am a second time bride and can't spend thousands of dollars). There are plenty of beautiful dresses to choose from and she always has more coming in.read more
